Ingredients: Boron
Boron: Boron is a trace element that has shown to be important in human metabolism. While there has been no minimum recommended daily allowance established, surveys reveal that average daily intakes of boron range between 0.5 and 3.1 mg.
Based upon animal studies, it has been suggested that humans should ingest approximately 1 mg a day. Liquid Vitality contains 1 mg of boron per dose.
Boron was first used in the late nineteenth century as a preservative for meat, dairy and fish.
Shortly after the turn of the century, however, reports of disturbances in digetion, appetite and general health came from studies involving people who consumed more than 500 mg of boric acid per day for extended periods of time.
